Haiz..although it rained today..but still training continue..sianz..physical today..luckily gt excuse..so nv really train..the gals had to sprint back and fore for 10 sets..they are really tired out..but tat's training..too bad..
Went to cpcc after tat..haha..tricked esmond down..poor thing..but tat shows he's a gd and caring fren..really happy to have the pple at cpcc as my frenz..they are really nice..all of them..although sumtimes will bully me..hehe..played ball till 9plus..real tired..old injury coming back again..haiz..gt training is like tat de..no choice..and tat stupid kangxin very zhuai..pple nw pro liao mah..not his ke xing anymore..
Tml dunno wanna play ball or not..very tired..mayba watch movie..hehe..aiya..wake up then think la..keke..
